Refurbished Mobiles generally refers to a pre-owned devices that has gone through multiple quality checks and repaired (if required) and repackaged so that it for reused again. It's not necessary that Refurbished mobiles have faults in the initial stage. Refurbished mobiles are also categorised when as handsets that were returned by customers who changed their mind within the 30-day cooling-off period after they purchased the new mobile phone. These are devices, which hadn’t been returned because they were faulty. They undergo necessary tests before they can be re-sold. Before these refurbished mobiles are sold, all refurbished mobiles goes through 65+ quality checks to ensure that they’re in full working condition and/or upgraded to new or like-new condition phones. We securely wipes any data on every phone. So to all intents and purposes, the customer always starts afresh with a like-new condition phone. In addition, we update the refurbished handsets to the latest version of the operating system that powers it. Will my Refurbished Product Work like New? Yes, refurbished products are 100% functional and tested meticulously to work like new. Refurbished products will always have 100% of their parts in complete working condition, from the screen to the battery or the charger. Well, refurbished products aren’t the same as “used” products. If any parts on a refurbished product are not up to the functional standard of a new product, they will be replaced with genuine spares. We perform more than 65+ quality checks to make sure the device is fault free and a test result is also shared to gain your trust. No matter what, if you buy a refurbished product from ITI, it will be 100% functional and working Are the refurbished products clean and sanitised? Yes. Most of the refurbished devices have gone passed through maybe one or multiple hands making it prone have uncleaned surfaces. That is why refurbished phones, tablets, and computers alike need to go through an intense cleaning process. Products are systematically cleaned to ensure they are as shiny and dust-free as new. Screens are polished, dust is removed from crevice, and all ports are checked for dirt. If needed, the internal parts of the hardware are cleaned so that you can be sure the refurbished device is entirely spotless and sanitized. How do I claim the warranty? All ITI Refurbished devices carry a One Year seller Comprehensive Warranty that covers all the defects (excluding physical and/or liquid damage, cosmetic defects) How much warranty does the accessories have? The accessories carry a 3 month warranty and it is only applicable if the accessory has no signs of trauma or damage on it. Have received the package today but the package is damaged. Should I open it? We would request you to capture the unboxing of the package that can help in the future to raise claims. All the devices sold are compatible with Indian Network carriers and Network bands. What if the device ordered by me was previously stolen? At ITI, all IMEI are checked for Blacklisting and all our procurement sources are very credible. We also maintain all possible records related to the purchase of the device that can be produced in the future if such case arises.
