By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Infahs Private Limited to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Infahs Private Limited reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect. 6. Fee Changes Infahs Private Limited, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Infahs Private Limited will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount. 7. Our motive is to produce a positive effect via our brands and through different ways by which we are involved with our customers and society. Supplier Code Infahs direct suppliers will take responsibility to require adherence to the principals of this Supplier Code from their direct suppliers and exercise diligence in verifying that these principles are being adhered to in their supply chains. Compliance - Monitoring - Reporting The success of Infahs relies mostly on how these principles are followed. In order to ensure whether the above-mentioned principles are followed or not, the Infahs board plays a very significant role in implementing and executing the principles. the day-to-day responsibility is delegated to all senior management of the geographies, categories, functions and operating companies. Assurance of compliance is given and monitored annually. Any breaches in the Code of conduct must be reported to the concerned authorities. The Board will not criticise management for any loss of business resulting from adherence to these principles and other mandatory policies. in fact, Provisions have been made for employees to be able to report in confidence and no employee will suffer as a consequence of doing so.
